The Park Place Board of Directors would like to congratulate the residents at 7783 Navajo Court as the winners of the PPNA Yard of the Month for November 2009. They were awarded a $50 gift certificate from Calloway's Nursery.
LAWN: Healthy grass with no bare spots or excessive weeds. Grass shall be mowed and edged, and grass around foundations and fences shall be trimmed. Shrubs and trees to be kept pruned. Debris (garbage, pet feces, etc.) shall be picked up and removed.
LANDSCAPE & FLOWER BEDS: Beds weeded and edged. Flowers deadheaded and dead plants removed. Trees and shrubs pruned. Natural areas cleaned. Added beautification efforts, such as new flowers, trees, shrubs is a plus.
WALKWAYS & DRIVEWAYS: Walkways and driveways shall be clean and stain free (including trash containers or yard products removed from view). Area in front of curb is to be free from debris and dirt.
Summary: These principles offer general guidelines that are to be recognized by the Park Place Yard of the Month program.
