THE PARK PLACE PLAN FOR SUCCESS


Our entire board met at Premier Communities Management Company's Fort Worth office on February 1st, 2007. Together with Premier's team we began work on The Park Place Plan for Success.

We identified our mission, values, goals, and tactical and operational objectives, which include community involvement, curb appeal and consistent monitoring of deed restriction violations. Each of these areas will directly affect our individual property value. As a board, we have in the past and will continue to operate cohesively to uphold our strong working relationship to support our community from both a fiduciary and maintenance standpoint.

The goals we established for the next 12 months include:

  • Increase community involvement within the Park Place neighborhood.

  • Enhance curb appeal to increase neighborhood environment.

  • Consistent monitoring of deed restriction violations.
