All homeowners at the time of purchase of their home should have been made aware that all properties within the Park Place boundaries were part of PID #6, and that homeowner were responsible to adhere to all the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) and the Park Place Neighborhood Association By-Laws (PPNA By-Laws).

Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (also called Deed Restrictions)
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR) guide all homeowners as to any restrictions and responsibilities related to their property. Park Place was built in three phases and each has its own CCR. To find out which CCR applies to your residence, use the Phase Identification tool.

By-Laws of Park Place Neighborhood Association Inc.
The Park Place Neighborhood Association has established a set of By-Laws that all homeowners within the Park Place boundaries must adhere to as well as the CCRs.
