VACATION WATCH REQUEST

You can use this form to notify the PID 6 Patrol Officers, Fort Worth Police Department, of your upcoming vacation. The officers cannot guarantee that they will be able to check your residence at specific times or dates, but they will however make every effort to make as many checks on your residence as time and workload permit.

Please remember to contact Lt. Grady at 817-994-3834 if you return early from your vacation or if your departure or return times change. You can e-mail PID 6 Patrol directly at pid6patrol@aol.com. E-mail is checked several times a day.

The PPNA Board offers this form to residents for their use but does not assume any liability as a result of the resident using either this form or the vacation watch service.
