The purchasing of your home in Park Place includes mandatory membership in the Park Place Neighborhood Association, Inc. a non-profit, Texas corporation. The annual assessments are due once a year and pay for the administrative and operating cost of the association including; but not limited to the management company as it’s agent enforcing the covenants, conditions and restrictions of the association. In addition, the assessment pays the liability and property insurance protecting the assets of the association.

The Park Place Neighborhood Association Annual Assessment Dues for this year are $64.00. Notices will be sent out the second week of September. Dues must be received no later than October 15th.

Failure to pay your assessments results in the following:

• Larger Collection costs and legal fees
• Dues increase for members to cover those who do not pay
• Reduced Community events
• Effects the cohesive community environment
